The Cherry Blossom Festival (Washington D.C.)

The National Cherry Blossom Festival is a two week event in the spring that celebrates the gift of Japanese Cherry Trees to the United States. The Cherry Blossoms are planted in an area that stretches from the Washington Monument, to the Jefferson Memorial, and to the Tidal Basin. There’s even a small stone Japanese Pagoda at the Tidal Basin.

Camp Erdman: Always a Fun Time by the Beach

Camp Erdman is known for being one of the more frequented and popular YMCA camps on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. It's clean, very large, right next to the beach, and has many spaces for activities. Last year, my church's young adult group had a weekend retreat there, and I managed to snap some memorable photos of the amazing time we had.

Tin Hau Festival falls on the 23rd of March of the Lunar Calendar, there are big-scale parades all over Hong Kong. As this year is also the 40th anniversary of Yuen Long's Shap Pat Heung, the size of the parade is unprecedented!
